5 Ways You Might Be Hindering Your Own Gratitude Practice

My life has changed for the better since I started a gratitude practice about two months ago.
There’s so much more happiness and joy in my life. I enjoy being around my friends and co-workers more. I enjoy alone time so much more. Even when things don’t go the way I had hoped, I see the beauty in how things actually unfolded.
A gratitude practice can have some rocky bumps, though, particularly at the start. It’s normal to look at your practice and wonder, “Am I getting anything out of this?”
